What is the return policy?
We offer a 100% guarantee your item will arrive in perfect condition. If it doesn't, we'll offer a replacement or a refund with no questions asked. Other than that we cannot except returns due to things such as wrong size because we fulfill using an on-demand print company that only creates your order once you place it.

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically take 2-7 business days for production, plus 3-8 business days for standard US shipping. Total delivery time is usually 5-15 business days from order date.
How much does shipping cost?
Good News!!! Shipping is FREE on all orders no matter how much you spend!
Does your order seem to be delayed?
We understand delays can be frustrating! If your order is taking longer than expected, first check your tracking number for updates. Production can take up to 7 business days before your item even ships. If it's been more than 15 business days since you ordered or your tracking shows no movement for 5+ days, reach out to us at saltybumshop@gmail.com and we'll work with our production partner to resolve the issue.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, as of right now we do not ship internationally, but that will change soon! (If you are international and trying to place an order, please email me!)
How do I choose the right size?
We recommend checking our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit. Each product page includes detailed measurements for chest width, length, and sleeve length. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Our products are made-to-order, so please double-check your size before completing your purchase as returns and exchanges are not available.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your item is printed and shipped. Use that tracking number to monitor your package's delivery progress. Note: tracking won't be available during the production phase.
